HOW does TATTOO VANISHsm work?
TATTOO
VANISHsm is based on an old method that has been improved on to work better than other methods of tattoo removal. The technique,
uses salt/saline to remove tattoos by scrubbing with salt. There is no scrubbing rather the a tattoo machine is used
- simply put, a high concentration of sea salt is introduced into the dermis where the unwanted ink/pigment resides.
The pigment is then forced from the dermal layer of the skin upward to the epidermis by osmotic pressure in an attempt by
the cells of the skin to become equal to the higher concentration of salt. Unwanted ink/pigment is pushed to the skin’s
surface then shed in the scab that forms over the procedure site.
Before
and during the procedure a topical anesthetic is used for your comfort. Then using a similar technique to tattooing,
the skin is abraded and the product is then applied on your tattooed area for a few minutes. After the allowed time the area
is thoroughly cleaned and bandaged. Written after care instructions will be provided.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Most tattoos show
some lighting and removal of some ink after one treatment. Generally with just a few treatments you will see significant results.
We can generally remove your tattoo or permanent makeup in 50% to 75% fewer treatments than with most other methods. Some
tattoos have been removed with one or two treatments. Other removals take a few more sessions. Tattoo ink and tattoo artists
vary all over the world. There is no way of knowing what type of ink or how much and how deep the ink was put into your skin
and skin types vary, so there is no guarantee on how many treatments will be needed to achieve satisfactory results, if any.
Unlike other tattoo removal methods, most colors can be removed and it is good for permanent makeup removal as well.
ARE THERE ANY COMPLICATIONS?
During a consultation, the individual situation of the client will be evaluated making sure they are a good candidate
for this procedure. With any process where skin is broken, there is a slight risk of scarring or lighting or darkening of
the skin. Risks are always reduced with how well the after care instructions are followed. With this tattoo removal
system, there are no side effects and minimal down time for healing.
HOW
PAINFUL ARE THE TREATMENTS?
The process is similar to being tattooed.
With the use of topical anesthetic both before and during the treatment, most clients experience little to no discomfort.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
Many details, including client health, the amount of ink, the depth of the ink, and the size of the tattoo or permanent

will lighten or remove most all colors of any tattoo. A complete consultation on your first visit can better determine and
estimate the number of treatments you may need.
